A few details before we quote
These details help us choose the right flags, poles and service for your location.
Fabric condition
Check fading, thinning, tears, contamination and damage beyond the repair area.
Construction
Record material, seams, hems, sleeve or grommets and any specialty finishing.
Next use
The viewing distance, date and display conditions determine whether repair remains appropriate.
Repair threshold
Compare the repair scope with replacement and do not return an unsafe or visibly failed asset to service.
How it works
- 01
Inspect and photograph
Document overall condition, localized damage, hardware and identification.
- 02
Recommend service or retirement
Define cleaning, UV treatment, restitching, hardware work or replacement.
- 03
Verify before return
Check the completed work against the agreed use and update the asset record.
Flag cleaning and repair by city
Choose a city for local delivery, venue and setup considerations.
When another option may be better
Repair is not appropriate when the fabric has widespread UV degradation, structural tearing or damage that would leave the flag visibly or operationally unfit. Replacement is the better recommendation in that case.
Common questions
01Can every damaged flag be repaired?
No. The remaining fabric must support the repair and the finished flag must be suitable for its next use. Widespread degradation usually points to replacement.
02What repairs are available?
The approved service scope may include seam restitching, hem work and hardware replacement. The exact repair depends on material and construction.
03Can cleaning and UV treatment be combined?
They can be evaluated together when the material and next display use support both services. Inspection comes first.
