Three things to plan first
Guest journey
Assign each display point a job: approach visibility, entrance identification, wayfinding, sponsor presence or zone boundary.
Production schedule
Map installation and removal to venue access, other suppliers, inspections and public opening.
Site control
Confirm surfaces, underground restrictions, accessible paths, emergency routes and overnight security.
What to send us
- Site plan with display points
- Flag and hardware schedule
- Artwork approval status
- Load-in and removal windows
- On-site decision contact
When flags may not be the right choice
Flags should not be used where they narrow an accessible route, conflict with emergency access or cannot be secured for the site conditions. The layout must change when those constraints cannot be resolved.
