A few details before we quote
These details help us choose the right flags, poles and service for your location.
Artwork readiness
Vector artwork and defined brand colors reduce avoidable prepress revisions.
Viewing conditions
Distance, motion, background and expected wind determine whether the design remains legible.
Construction
Size, shape, finishing and attachment method must match the intended pole or mounting system.
Approval path
Identify who approves the proof and allow time for production after approval.
How it works
- 01
Define use and format
Confirm display location, flag shape, dimensions, quantity and compatible hardware.
- 02
Check the artwork
Supply production-ready files or request a review of the available assets.
- 03
Approve before production
Production begins only after the specification, proof, schedule and delivery plan are confirmed.
Custom flag printing by city
Choose a city for local delivery, venue and setup considerations.
When another option may be better
Printing is not a safe rush option when artwork, colors, finishing or hardware compatibility are unresolved. A generic rental flag may be more practical when the date cannot accommodate proofing and production.
Common questions
01Are custom flags rented?
No. Custom-printed flags are purchased because they are made for one organization or event. Compatible poles and bases may be rented separately.
02What artwork should I provide?
Vector artwork is preferred. Include brand-color references and any required clear space; the final production requirements are confirmed during artwork review.
03Can you confirm a production date before seeing the artwork?
A dependable date requires the quantity, format and artwork status. Treat any earlier timing as provisional until those inputs are reviewed.
