Three things to plan first
Authority and protocol
Record who approves the display and which current policy or protocol governs flag order and timing.
Public-space conditions
Review accessible routes, traffic interfaces, site security, clearances and any permit or facility requirements.
Rotation and exceptions
Define the schedule and a controlled process for commemorations, weather events, damage or direction from the responsible authority.
What to send us
- Approved flag and protocol list
- Site and pole register
- Rotation calendar
- Approval and escalation contacts
- Condition inspection record
When flags may not be the right choice
A supplier should not make protocol decisions on behalf of the responsible public authority. If the governing direction is unclear, pause the display specification until the authorized source is confirmed.
